The Steward role at The Belgrove is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that distinguish the resort. The Steward is responsible for washing and sanitizing all tableware, pots, pans, and utensils, while ensuring every dish and utensil is properly stocked and stored. This role demands meticulous attention to sanitation and organizational practices to support smooth operations in food and beverage services. The Steward also assists with inventory management of china, glassware, and silverware, and supports the maintenance of kitchen and service areas in a clean and orderly manner.

In addition to technical duties, the Steward embodies the resort's culture by delivering exceptional service to both guests and colleagues with a polished, approachable demeanor. They maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the resort's amenities and special events, providing accurate information to guests, and collaborate professionally with various departments.
