Job Requirements

  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2-4 years of experience in stewarding, sanitation, or back-of-house food service operations
  • prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • working knowledge of sanitation standards, chemical handling, and warewashing systems
  • ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • supervise stewarding staff and assign work based on operational priorities and service volume
  • conduct pre-shift briefings to review assignments, safety expectations, and sanitation priorities
  • support training and onboarding of stewarding staff on sanitation procedures and safe work practices
  • maintain readiness of kitchens, service areas, and support spaces to meet daily and event-driven demands
  • ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and operational standards
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
