Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- strong leadership abilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to handle kitchen environment demands
