Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- strong leadership abilities
- effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to handle kitchen environment demands

- Previous experience as a steward supervisor or similar supervisory role preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Lead a team of stewards to maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and related areas
- manage inventory and supplies for stewardship operations
- coordinate schedules to ensure adequate staffing
- train and motivate team members to meet company standards
- enforce sanitation and safety regulations
- oversee the efficient workflow of the stewarding department
- handle administrative duties related to stewardship operations
