Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks and lift heavy items
  • Prior experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment preferred
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or kitchen stewarding preferred
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor others and support team development
  • Basic understanding of stock management

Job Duties

  • Keep serviceware spotless by cleaning all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils
  • scrub pots and pans, and burnish silver
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure supplies and equipment are well stocked and organized
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing essential tasks including mopping and trash removal
  • Support events delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
  • Train and mentor new stewards to strengthen team performance
  • Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
