The role of a Kitchen Steward at Piedmont Driving Club is an essential position within the culinary operations of the Main Clubhouse. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in kitchen and dishwashing areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment. This role is vital in supporting the kitchen staff by washing utensils, china, flatware, glassware, and ensuring all equipment and cooking tools are appropriately cleaned and stored. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of similar work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- food safety certification preferred
- able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment, which is typical of this position

Job Duties
- Ensure that kitchen area is always kept clean and tidy
- wash all wares in dishwashing machine or by hand according to applicable safety
- polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes
- collect trash from kitchen areas
- empties garbage
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
