Job Duties
- Ensure all kettles are cleaned when shift begins
- wash all pots and pans and store neatly
- remove all food and smoke stains before storage
- keep floor and trashcans clean
- maintain clear workspace
- clean all counters at the end of the shift
- meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements
- manage all hotel, resort, and spa receiving
- respond to reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor or manager
- assist cooks with cleaning up
