Job Requirements

- prior experience in hospitality or kitchen stewarding preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor

Job Duties
- Keep serviceware spotless by cleaning all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils

- maintain kitchen cleanliness by performing essential cleaning tasks including mopping and trash removal
- support events delivery by preparing and setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
