In this position, candidates will be responsible for operating dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment, organizing clean items in storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen workspaces. The role also involves stocking supplies in service stations, sweeping and washing floors, managing trash disposal effectively, and occasionally assisting with food preparation during busy periods or staffing shortages. Our dishwashers are expected to practice safe work habits adhering to OSHA and MSDS standards, and contribute positively toward increasing department and overall guest satisfaction scores.
