The AC Element Norterra in North Phoenix, part of the Crescent Hotels & Resorts family, is currently seeking dedicated team members to join their Culinary team in a part-time capacity. The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare food items in line with production requirements and quality standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and workplace. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year of dishwashing or stewarding experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift heavy objects

- Availability to work part-time hours

Job Duties
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dishroom, kitchen aisle, and dock area
- Stand for long periods
- Lift heavy objects
- Perform repetitive tasks
- Break down trays and set up dish machine
- Wash dishware and sort and store clean china, glass, and silver using proper procedures
- Empty trashcans and clean both inside and outside
- Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster
- Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside
- Clean all breakdown tables
- Clean tile walls and baseboards
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned
