The role of a Steward within HHM Hotels is an essential position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the kitchen and dining areas. This role involves performing dishwashing and kitchen cleaning functions to ensure that all utensils, cookware, and workspaces meet the high standards expected by the company. As part of the stewardship team, the Steward supports smooth kitchen operations by ensuring that clean dishes and supplies are readily available and that the kitchen environment remains sanitary and safe. During peak periods or staffing shortages, Stewards may also assist with food preparation tasks to support the culinary team. The role requires adherence to safety standards, including the use of protective equipment and compliance with MSDS and OSHA guidelines.
