The seasonal opportunity of Steward in Banquets is situated within the Food & Beverage business unit and offers a pay range of $20 to $21 per hour plus tip out. This position reports directly to the Lead Banquet Cook and Executive Sous Chef and is based at Crystal Mountain, Washington. Working at Crystal Mountain as a Steward means being an essential part of maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the resort’s banquet operations. The role is vital to ensuring that all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and properly stored efficiently, supporting both guest satisfaction and operational success. Additionally, the Steward monitors chemical pars related to dishwashing and restaurant cleanliness, communicates with supervisors about supply levels, assists with bussing tables, and maintains clean surface areas throughout the workspace. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform duties that involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, and working in a fast-paced environment that operates evenings, weekends, and holidays.
