Located on the sunny and picturesque western coast of Oahu, the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is a luxury beachfront island resort that offers breathtaking ocean views, vibrant pools, and scenic lagoons. The resort is now looking for a Full Time Steward who embodies the spirit of aloha and a passion for excellence. Reporting directly to the Executive Steward, the steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and order in all food and beverage kitchen areas, breakdown zones, and machinery. This role includes responsibility for cleaning and polishing all cutlery, utensils, and glassware as well as handling the disposal of food and beverage refuse. Additionally, the steward manages all cleaning chemicals related to their designated workspace.

The ideal candidate is an energetic and experienced customer service professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A passion for hospitality combined with a team-oriented mindset is essential, as well as comfort with computer systems and the willingness to take on tasks as needed to support overall teamwork. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary to meet operational demands.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the cleaning and organization of all food and beverage kitchen and breakdown areas and machinery
  • Cleans, polishes, and handles all cutlery, utensils, and glassware items

  • Handles all cleaning chemicals pertaining to respective areas
  • Supports teamwork by accepting assignments on an as-needed basis
