- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40lbs

Job Duties
- Responsible for all cleaning in back of house food and beverage areas to ensure highest quality efficiency and operations
- Coordinate with chefs all equipment needs for banquets
- Cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Removal of trash from all areas
- Delivery of dishes, silver, china to appropriate needs area
- Sanitizing all kitchen areas
- Sweeping, moping kitchen
