We are a reputable hospitality company operating onboard a cruise vessel, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences during our events. Our establishment offers both part-time and full-time employment opportunities with competitive hourly pay starting at $12.00 plus tips, and the expectation of approximately 40 hours per week. We provide flexible shift options including 8 to 10 hour shifts covering evenings and nights, with work schedules requiring weekend availability and occasional weekdays as needed. The Steward/Dishwasher position is a foundational role within our onboard operation team. This role demands diligence, a strong work ethic, and an enthusiastic approach to teamwork. The primary goal is to assist in delivering exceptional food presentation and service during special events. Duties include setting up special event stations, running buffet lines, food preparation, meat carving, dishwashing, trash removal, and comprehensive end-of-cruise cleanup. Members of our team must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate reliability and efficiency. This position also involves adhering closely to directions from supervisors, collaborating harmoniously with coworkers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Availability during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet operational needs. The Steward/Dishwasher position is not only critical to the smooth functioning of food service operations but also offers the rewarding opportunity to contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the memorable experience we strive to provide aboard our cruise vessel.
