Additionally, this position requires diligence in washing and disinfecting tables, tools, knives, and various kitchen equipment using detergent and sanitizing chemicals in a three-compartment sink system. The role demands scrutiny and care as the employee inspects cleaned items, re-washes those not meeting standards, and prepares clean ware for proper storage. Managing waste disposal—including glass, cardboard boxes, and other recyclables—is also a key function, ensuring adherence to environmental and company policies.

Job Duties

  • Inspect pull and stack cleaned items send soiled items back for re-scrubbing and re-washing
  • Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
  • Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments
