Reporting to the Assistant Stewarding Manager, the Steward is responsible for ensuring that all kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and silverware meet the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene. This role involves using and managing equipment such as dish machines and silver polishers, maintaining food service areas, and handling cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.

- Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean dishwashing machine, sinks, floor cleaning equipment, and silver burnisher
- U.S. work authorization required
- Previous stewarding experience is a plus but not mandatory

- Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner
