The role currently available is centered around supporting the kitchen operations, primarily focusing on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all kitchenware, including dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, are thoroughly cleaned either by hand or using dishwashers. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong service attitude, flexibility in working various shifts and days, and a cooperative approach to working with colleagues. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
  • Ensures a clean and workable kitchen area at all times by scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware, service ware, etc. and washing them by hand and or dishwasher
  • Works flexible days and shifts as required
  • Maintains a strong service oriented attitude
  • Collaborates effectively with team members
  • Follows health and safety guidelines in the kitchen
  • Supports overall kitchen operations with attention to cleanliness and organization
