Located in Portland, Oregon, the hotel is currently seeking full-time Utility Cleaners to join their dynamic team. This Non-Management position plays a crucial role in supporting essential hotel functions across multiple departments. Utility Cleaners provide vital assistance in areas such as kitchen operations, food and beverage services, and laundry support. Their responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards by preparing fresh linens and spotless dining ware for guests. They operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, and laundry washers and dryers. Additionally, Utility Cleaners facilitate the movement and transportation of dishware, linens, and other materials throughout the hotel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Candidates must also be capable of bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and performing other physical tasks necessary to meet job requirements. In addition to physical endurance, the position demands adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Employees must maintain a professional personal appearance and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to foster a collaborative work environment.
