The Stewarding Attendant plays a crucial role as the backbone of the culinary team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout all culinary departments. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a housekeeping, stewarding or culinary environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of food safety standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces for all culinary departments
- Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
- Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
- Assists in food production and service when directed
- Washes and cleans pots, pans, and other food service items
- Restock shelves, counters, and storage areas with food service equipment
- Removes trash and garbage as directed
- Sweeps and mops floors in kitchen and servicing areas
- To consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
- Any other tasks that may be assigned
