Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in stewarding or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, flatware, pots, and prep areas
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or place in dishwashing machines
- Wash pots, pans, kitchen tools and trays
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, banquet service areas and hallways
- Fulfill special guest requests involving kosher dishes and special preparations
- Report and correct imperfections and blemishes
- Communicate effectively with other departments and hotel team
