Job Qualifications

- previous experience with cleaning fryers in a fast-food operation preferred
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishables
- rotate stock to ensure freshness
- use detergents and sanitizers in the 3-compartment sink for dish cleaning
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, rescrub and rewash soiled items
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, wash, and rewash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs
- empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area
- clean and mop all assigned department areas
- dispose of glass and break down cardboard for recycling
- follow safety and security policies and report maintenance and safety issues
- protect company assets
- communicate clearly and professionally
- support team goals and maintain quality standards
- move and lift objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for long periods
- perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
