Job Requirements
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- clean and sanitize pots and pans
- clean and sanitize utensils
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen workspace

- support culinary team in maintaining hygiene
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
