Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending and lifting
- Willingness to work part-time shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, countertops, floors, and walls
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in good working condition
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen manager
- Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and organization as needed
