Job Qualifications

- Ability to exert heavy work, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Capability to stand for entire shifts
- Experience operating dishwashing machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning and sanitizing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and dry all china, glassware, silverware, and other equipment returned to the dish hall station
- Ensure all tables are kept clean and presentable with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen
- Maintain dish washing station, organize and place items in trays for washing
- Operate washing machine and dry items before restocking
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including cleaning vents, scrubbing trash cans, removing gum from tables, cleaning ice bins, replacing light bulbs, setting up sanitizers, and emptying trash
- Approach guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
