The current job opening at Ruth's Chris Steak House is for a position focused on supporting the restaurant’s operational efficiency by assisting with the setup, operation, and cleanup of the dining area and kitchen. This role involves washing, storing, and stocking of all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other essential smallwares and equipment required for daily restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
  • must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors and fellow employees
  • must be able to constantly bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trashcans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds
  • subject to wet floors, temperature extremes, smoke, dust and loud noise
  • background check required

Job Duties
