We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher for our Food and Beverage department to join our team full-time. This non-management position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.75 per hour and requires open availability with flexible shifts preferred, ensuring that the operational needs of the hotel’s culinary services are met efficiently. The Dishwasher will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the kitchen and food preparation areas, contributing directly to the health and safety of both staff and guests.

The role is vital within the hotel's culinary operations. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand-washing stations, pot scrubbing stations, and waste compactors. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, storage rooms, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment, ensuring all items are sanitized appropriately. The Dishwasher will also receive deliveries, properly store perishable goods, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

Additional duties include adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines, handling and disposing of waste correctly, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of assigned areas. This includes cleaning, mopping, and sanitizing floors and surfaces, breaking down cardboard and recyclable materials, and complying with company safety protocols. The Dishwasher must maintain high standards of quality and service, communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, and support team objectives with a positive attitude.

Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds independently and perform tasks that require standing, sitting, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, and other physical movements for extended periods.
