Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashers, hand-washing stations, pot scrubbing stations, and waste compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries and properly store perishable goods while rotating inventory
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents for cleaning purposes
- Inspect, stack, and manage clean and dirty dishes
- Dispose of waste properly including recycling and cardboard breaking
- Clean and mop all assigned departmental areas and maintain sanitation standards
