Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers, hand-washing stations, pot washing stations, and garbage compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen, storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishable goods properly, and rotate stock
- use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in a three-compartment sink to wash dishes
- inspect, sort, stack clean items and return dirty items for re-washing
- empty trash bins and maintain garbage deposit area
- clean and mop assigned department areas
