Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- mobility to climb stairs routinely
- must tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- obtain Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
- pass pre-employment drug testing
- Indian Preference in hiring applies as per tribal policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one year experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- valid Washington State food handler's card
- knowledge of proper food storage procedures
- ability to work scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
- experience with food and supply inventory management
Job Duties
- Receive and store all food, supplies, and kitchen materials
- perform daily inventory of food and supplies
- maintain organized and sanitary storage areas
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to fulfill daily orders
- assist with daily inventory management
- adhere to proper food storage procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
