Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
  • must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
  • mobility to climb stairs routinely
  • must tolerate a smoke-filled environment
  • must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
  • obtain Class III B license as required by regulatory offices
  • pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Indian Preference in hiring applies as per tribal policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • one year experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • valid Washington State food handler's card
  • knowledge of proper food storage procedures
  • ability to work scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • experience with food and supply inventory management

Job Duties

  • Receive and store all food, supplies, and kitchen materials
  • perform daily inventory of food and supplies
  • maintain organized and sanitary storage areas
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff to fulfill daily orders
  • assist with daily inventory management
  • adhere to proper food storage procedures
  • perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
