Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in step down or critical care nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Availability for a 13-week assignment
- Willingness to relocate to Seattle, WA
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Reliable and professional work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Experience in step down or critical care nursing
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work night shifts
- Knowledge of patient monitoring equipment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Job Duties
- Monitor and assess patient conditions in the step down unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
