The role of Restaurant Server at Sonesta International Hotels is integral to the institution's mission of delivering exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Customer service oriented
Physically able to stand and move for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Serve food and beverage to restaurant guests in a professional and efficient manner
Set up food and beverage service areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Provide attentive and personalized guest service
Break down and clean food and beverage areas after service
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
