Physical stamina is essential, as servers frequently lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally carry loads up to 50 pounds throughout their shifts. The working environment may include exposure to moderate noise levels, food odors, and smoking areas within the casino, requiring servers to stay attentive and maintain professionalism under diverse conditions. Importantly, this position necessitates obtaining a Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire and completion of a probationary period of 90 days, emphasizing the company’s focus on high standards and responsible service.

Job Requirements
- Class II gaming license, MAST permit, Food Handlers card
- acquire Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire
- must successfully complete 90 day probationary/training period
- ability to frequently lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs
- ability to occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in a fast paced noisy environment
- ability to work in a temperature controlled environment
- ability to work where subjected to smoking and various food odors
Job Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage experience preferred
- prior POS experience preferred
- prior experience in a team environment preferred
- acquire Food Handlers permit within 30 days of hire
- must successfully complete 90 day probationary/training period to maintain employment
