Preparing a sheet detailing the night's reservations, noting any special requests such as a preferred server, birthday celebrations, or anniversaries, is part of this vital administrative task. Additionally, the Hostess maintains records of the seating arrangements, including the number of people in each party, their names, and the times they are seated.
