Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and politely
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Professional attire or uniform adherence
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Duties
- Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner
- Check with supervisor for section assignments upon arrival
- Manage the reservation book including VIP reservations and phone messages
- Prepare a sheet for the night's reservations noting special requests
- Maintain a seating sheet with party size, guest names, and seating times
- Notify supervisor of large parties requiring setup
- Procure necessary comps and verify amounts
- Cruise through dining room to identify issues needing server attention
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
