Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use reservation software like OpenTable
- Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests using OpenTable
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials if needed
- Maintain an organized and clean host stand, lobby, and entrance area at all times
- Communicate wait times clearly and accurately to guests
- Monitor dining room flow and seat guests in a balanced manner for server sections
- Answer the telephone promptly and professionally
