Job Requirements

  • ability to work hands on in high-volume fine dining kitchen
  • strong knowledge of profit and loss statements
  • experience in cost control and budgeting
  • effective communication skills
  • time management with minimal supervision
  • sound judgment in decision making
  • attention to detail in maintaining standards
  • computer skills in Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • vocational training in culinary field preferred
  • minimum five years culinary experience
  • at least two years as sous chef
  • one year as chef de cuisine or room chef in fine dining
  • current food handler manager certification or ability to acquire
  • ability to obtain and maintain gaming license

Job Duties

  • support and enforce initiatives from management
  • oversee entire kitchen operations
  • coordinate and supervise team members
  • ensure proper service and food quality standards
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • manage kitchen inventory and sanitation
