Job Duties
- responsible for redefining hospitality while supporting and promoting company values
- perform duties according to company standards, policies, and procedures
- maintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings and explain menu to guests
- follow prescribed steps of service consistently
- deliver bread and water service
- clear tables and bars of dirty dishes and glassware following prescribed methods
- provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service throughout the dining experience
- maintain an organized and clean work area including dining room, back bar, and service stations
- anticipate guest needs and address concerns promptly
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders
