Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
  • ability to handle a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and all shifts
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to obtain a gaming license
  • possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
  • two years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to handle flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and all shifts
  • ability to delegate, empower and evaluate hourly team members
  • sound judgment in decision making
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to obtain a gaming license
  • possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Duties

  • Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
  • enforce policies and procedures fairly among team members
  • open and close the restaurant
  • interview, hire, and train new team members
  • schedule shifts and assign duties
  • resolve guest complaints professionally
  • conduct month-end inventory
  • ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
  • manage inventory and order supplies
  • ensure team members exceed guest service standards
  • coordinate communication between front of house and back of house
  • conduct team huddles
  • evaluate and oversee job performance and hold team members accountable
