- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years food and beverage supervisory experience
- ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- ability to handle a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and all shifts
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to obtain a gaming license
- possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification

Job Duties
- Practice and promote company-wide culture and service standards
- enforce policies and procedures fairly among team members
- open and close the restaurant
- interview, hire, and train new team members
- schedule shifts and assign duties
- resolve guest complaints professionally
- conduct month-end inventory
- ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
- manage inventory and order supplies
- ensure team members exceed guest service standards
- coordinate communication between front of house and back of house
- conduct team huddles
- evaluate and oversee job performance and hold team members accountable
