Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Successful completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage operations management
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health department standards
  • Certification or ability to obtain ServSafe Alcohol training
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to develop and train staff

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • Support and administer operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager regarding concerns with attention to guest satisfaction
  • Produce menu items as listed in each restaurant and follow prep lists
  • Ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets
  • Promote and demonstrate superior customer service and ensure customer service standards are followed
  • Assist with maintaining cost control methods and procedures by monitoring pars and inventory
  • Assist with administrative duties such as tracking and maintaining attendance records
  • Maintain quality assurance procedures to meet Health Department and customer service standards
  • Ensure regulatory compliance within area of authority and report potential issues
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
  • Successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification
  • Develop and train staff
  • Manage rewards and recognition programs to maximize employee engagement
  • Evaluate team members and deliver constructive feedback
  • Recommend staffing needs including interviewing and hiring
  • Plan, assign, and direct work to meet business needs
