The role of General Manager at Double Cut Steakhouse is a vital leadership position within this dynamic hospitality setting. The role demands experience in high-volume full-service restaurant management, deep knowledge of steakhouse operations, and significant wine expertise. Furthermore, your ability to implement consistent and evolving training programs and conduct thorough profit and loss review will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding company objectives in sales, quality, and guest satisfaction. Starting at a competitive salary of $85,000, this role offers the opportunity to be part of an award-winning resort recognized for its outstanding workplace culture and commitment to excellence. At Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, you will not only advance your career but also join a company dedicated to making a positive impact through its charity partnerships and community-centered approach.
