We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent at Staybridge Suites Denver - Cherry Creek, you will be the face of the hotel and the ultimate guest experience guru. Your role is crucial in creating warm welcomes, managing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and delivering friendly farewells, ensuring each guest interaction is memorable and positive. Behind the scenes, you will manage the front desk’s daily operations with precision, skillfully handling reservations, responding to guest requests, and managing unexpected situations with professionalism and grace. You will embody the hospitality spirit by making every guest feel valued and at ease from the moment they arrive until they leave.

This role requires excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and the ability to multitask efficiently. You will act as a communication bridge between guests and the hotel team, ensuring that information flows clearly and everyone’s needs are met promptly. Your problem-solving abilities will be essential in addressing and resolving guest concerns or operational challenges promptly, turning potential issues into positive experiences. Organizational skills are essential as you balance various responsibilities such as handling financial transactions, managing room availability, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
