Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- Assist with inspecting rooms and/or providing oversight of room attendant duties as requested
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Access to back of house areas of the hotel and sensitive information
- Interact and occasionally have unsupervised contact with guests and/or colleagues
- Access and control to sensitive areas in the hotel premises including master keys and/or guestrooms, storage/liquor room, and secured file cabinets
- Maintain a high level of trust and responsibility
- Represent the company with a certain level of reputation and good character as well as exercise sound judgement
