Job Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role within commissary kitchen or high-volume food service
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, cooking techniques, sanitation practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, ingredients, preparation methods
- Preferred experience with pizza preparation including dough stretching, sauce application, and topping distribution
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Willingness to work and communicate as a team
- Certification from California certified food handlers' program such as ServSafe
- Ability to follow company recipes and SOPs accurately

Job Duties
- Follow direction from shift leads/managers during assigned shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area including guest areas, retail zones, tables, chairs, restrooms, and employee workstations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and quality standards
- Prepare and portion pizza ingredients like toppings, sauces, cheese, and dough
- Work expo station finishing and slicing pizzas
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
- Correctly label items with name, date, and initials
- Help put away orders upon delivery
- Coordinate with coworkers and management to ensure efficient food/beverage preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and restock stations as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or equipment issues
- Collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Uphold health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and work other workstations
