We are currently seeking an experienced Line Cook who will be instrumental in preparing menu items in accordance with our precise recipes and yield guides. This role requires a reliable individual skilled in various cooking techniques and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are met. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and fellow kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of our kitchen.
As a Line Cook, you will take a leadership role by directing and training other line cooks, assigning production and prep work, and monitoring performance to ensure culinary excellence. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be critical in adapting to changes throughout the shift and guaranteeing a dynamic and seamless kitchen operation. Additionally, you will manage your workstation, ensuring it is properly stocked each day with all the necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment to meet the demands of the menu.

Job Requirements
- Must have flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts
- 5 years experience as a Line Cook at a hotel, resort or restaurant
- Ability to work all stations on the line
- Food handling certification required
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides
- Directs, trains, and monitors performance of Line Cooks
- Maintains organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Prepare and assign production and prep work for Line Cooks to complete
- Review priorities
- Communicate additions or changes to the assignments as they arise throughout the shift
- Set up work station with required mis en place, tools, equipment and supplies
- Breakdown work stations and complete closing duties at the end of last shift of the day
- Inform the Sous Chef of any supplies that need to be requisitioned for the day's tasks
