This role further supports internal communication, procurement of station supplies, and coordinates special events and meetings. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with customers to resolve questions and procedural problems
- Develop and maintain understanding of Ground Operations and relationships with partner departments
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, mail processing, and answering phones
- Manage station financials including verification of monies, preparation of deposits, and petty cash reconciliation
- Process, verify, and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and purchasing card usage
- Order, maintain, distribute, and audit accountable documents
- Prepare and process station level pass requests
- Maintain and update staff phone lists, organizational charts, and conference room schedules
- Maintain confidentiality of company and personal information
- Distribute correspondence and manage internal communication
- Procure and distribute station supplies
- Coordinate station keys, badge distribution, and parking administration
- Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives through meeting coordination and material preparation
- Prepare and coordinate detailed reports for operational procedures
- Perform other duties as directed by leaders
