Job Duties
- Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables
- stocking service stations
- setting up bread station and AM beverage station
- keep all condiments, sauces and butters stocked, clean and organized
- assist servers in replenishing table items for dining guests
- assist servers in delivering prepared food and beverage items to table
- protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
- replenishing utensils
- refilling water glasses
- being alert and proactive to patron spills or other special needs
- maintains a clean restaurant including the floor, windows and doors
- supports tables by running food and beverages when needed
- interacts with guests during various points of the dining experience to ensure that they have everything that they need
- completes server training program with the opportunity to advance into a full server role
- supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing trash containers liners and bus stations
- closes dining facility resetting chairs and tables
- removing trash and recyclables from the facility
- updates job knowledge by participating in staff training and pre-shift opportunities
- enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- perform other duties as assigned by the department head
