Job Duties

  • Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning tables
  • stocking service stations
  • setting up bread station and AM beverage station
  • keep all condiments, sauces and butters stocked, clean and organized
  • assist servers in replenishing table items for dining guests
  • assist servers in delivering prepared food and beverage items to table
  • protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • maintains table setting by removing courses as completed
  • replenishing utensils
  • refilling water glasses
  • being alert and proactive to patron spills or other special needs
  • maintains a clean restaurant including the floor, windows and doors
  • supports tables by running food and beverages when needed
  • interacts with guests during various points of the dining experience to ensure that they have everything that they need
  • completes server training program with the opportunity to advance into a full server role
  • supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing trash containers liners and bus stations
  • closes dining facility resetting chairs and tables
  • removing trash and recyclables from the facility
  • updates job knowledge by participating in staff training and pre-shift opportunities
  • enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • perform other duties as assigned by the department head
