The Café Manager will be responsible for supervising the team, managing opening and closing procedures, organizing schedules, and maintaining inventory to guarantee uninterrupted service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing hospitality environments.

The Café Manager will also be tasked with upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Barista skills or experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems are advantageous but not mandatory.
