- proven experience as a café manager or in a supervisory hospitality role
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- excellent communication and customer service abilities
- basic financial and inventory management knowledge
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Supervise and lead café staff to deliver a positive customer experience
- manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures
- train and schedule staff effectively
- monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
- monitor sales and expenses and help optimize profitability
- maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
- support marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions
