Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in coffee preparation or food service preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to company core values
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt and quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety
Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
