We are currently seeking a dedicated Coffee Service Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive prompt and quality service when selecting and purchasing coffee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding service standards by preparing coffee and other related products to the highest quality. Besides attending to customer needs, this role involves monitoring the overall condition of the department to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
Ability to stand for long periods
Good communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
Assist customers with product selections and answer coffee-related questions
Operate coffee preparation equipment safely and efficiently
Handle customer transactions accurately and courteously
