We are currently seeking a dedicated Coffee Service Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customers receive prompt and quality service when selecting and purchasing coffee. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
  • Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards
  • Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
  • Assist customers with product selections and answer coffee-related questions
  • Operate coffee preparation equipment safely and efficiently
  • Handle customer transactions accurately and courteously
