Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee service area
- Assist customers with product selections and answer coffee-related questions
- Operate coffee preparation equipment safely and efficiently
- Handle customer transactions accurately and courteously
