Job Duties
- Ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase and preparation
- Monitor total department conditions and follow through to maintain standards

- Prepare coffee and related products according to company and industry standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist customers with coffee choices and answer questions
