As part of your daily tasks, you will engage with customers to create an inviting shopping atmosphere, answer questions about products, and provide helpful suggestions. You will collaborate closely with fellow associates to promote teamwork and contribute to achieving store goals. This role also requires maintaining knowledge of inventory, product freshness, and safety standards to ensure a high-quality shopping experience for all customers.

In addition, associates prepare and serve coffee shop products following precise recipes and quality standards, manage inventory and product labeling, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The role demands the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner. You will also be responsible for reporting safety issues, product discrepancies, and any suspicious activities to management, thereby upholding the store's security and regulatory compliance.
