We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in a safe and clean environment, helping to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat visits. You will play a key role in promoting an environment where customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. Your duties will include providing product knowledge, answering customer questions, preparing and serving beverage selections, and maintaining product quality and safety standards.

You will be trained to use various equipment including coffee machines, blenders, ovens, and slicers, and will be expected to prepare products according to company recipes and standards. Ensuring accurate portion sizes to reduce waste, offering product samples, and keeping abreast of seasonal specials and promotions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Safety and integrity are paramount in this position; you will be expected to identify unsafe conditions, practice preventive maintenance, and report any discrepancies or incidents to management promptly.
